A focused CNC machining brand for buyers who value clear specifications, practical communication and drawing-led decisions.
Precision in every axis.
AXISCNC was created around a simple idea: good custom components begin with a shared understanding of the part. Geometry, material, fit, finish and inspection all deserve attention before a machining order is confirmed.
We welcome inquiries for CNC milled parts, turned components and complex multi-face geometries. Share your drawing and application so the process, requirements and commercial scope can be reviewed together.
A transparent way to work
We do not ask you to choose a component from a generic image alone. The catalogue is an engineering conversation starter. Your approved drawing, revision and quotation define the actual work.
Request supplier documentation and project-specific capability evidence during qualification. Factory and product pictures on this initial website are clearly identified AI illustrations, not claims of a particular facility or completed customer project.

FAQs
What should I include in a machining RFQ?
Send a 3D STEP file and a dimensioned PDF drawing, material grade, quantity, surface finish, critical tolerances and delivery destination. If you only have a concept, describe the function and mating components.
Can I request a prototype before a production batch?
Yes. Identify the prototype quantity and expected repeat-order volume in your inquiry. We will review manufacturability, inspection needs and the transition to batch production before quoting.
Are the components shown available off the shelf?
The catalogue illustrates custom machining applications. Every project is reviewed against your drawing; materials, dimensions, pricing and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
How are tolerances and inspection agreed?
Mark critical dimensions and datums on the drawing. Specify any GD&T, surface roughness, inspection report or material traceability requirements so these can be reviewed before manufacture.
